Team White Hearts was created from my own 48 years of lived experience with abuse. This work is deeply personal to me because I know what it feels like to lose your voice, question your worth, and spend years trying to understand what is happening to you. I created this community because I want other women to have the awareness, support, and choices I wish I had much earlier in my own life.
Team White Hearts is a survivor-centered, choice-driven community for women affected by abuse. Our foundation is empathy, autonomy, encouragement, and the belief that healing is never one-size-fits-all. Women can share openly, quietly listen, laugh with us, learn, or simply take what they need.
We are not here to rescue women by taking over their lives. We are here to stand beside women while they take their lives back.
